In regard to professional development, I believe lifelong learning for teachers is essential. Unfortunately, I have not found any of our school's professional growth and development days stimulating either because the material was already part of my schema or irrelevant. Therefore, I am very happy to have been exposed to 23 Things because I can challenge myself as much as I need to. I think it is a wonderful program that provides instruction as well as practice of many different types of technology.
